Here, wildness is not something to tame, but something to listen to as we gently create space in our lives for balance, presence, and a deeper sense of belonging within yourself and the world around you.

Flow and Restore Yoga Bussage

Time: 18:00pm - 19:00pm

Flow & Restore Course starts Tuesday the 8th September at 6pm at Bussage Village Hall. £60 for 6 classes. Please see details on the booking link.

This face-to-face class is open to all and focuses on breath-led movement, helping to gently build flexibility, strength, finding ways to relax. We will explore seated and standing sequences, and longer seated poses before we allow our mind to rest. The pace is supportive and accessible, with options offered throughout so you can move in a way that feels right for your body.

Back by popular demand. A guided free movement practice designed to release tension, awaken the body, and reconnect you with your natural rhythm.

The sessions are inspired by Morgans training as a dramatherapist, this space offers a supportive space to explore movement in an intuitive, expressive way. There are no steps to learn and no right or wrong way to move — you’re simply invited to listen to your body and respond with curiosity and kindness.

This practice is open to all and suitable for beginners. It encourages gentle self-expression, grounding, and a deeper connection between body and mind, helping you leave feeling more present.
